UK Domestic Delivery

Standard UK delivery: Free

Free delivery applies to eligible orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

International Delivery

International delivery: From £4.99

International shipping charges start from £4.99 and may vary based on:

  • destination country
  • parcel weight and size
  • number of items ordered
  • courier method selected
  • remote area surcharges, where applicable

The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Times

UK Domestic Delivery

  • Order processing: 1–2 working days
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch

International Delivery

  • Order processing: 1–2 working days
  • Europe: 4–7 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 7–14 working days after dispatch

  • a description of the issue
  • photos, if applicable
